We have a traditional breakfast in our hostel.
Like omlette but full of cheese and greeny.
Have you ever been to Mexico so you know ”El queso fundido ” 🙂 From Mexico to Turkey or from Turkey to Mexico we don ‘t know exactly but same dish.
I very much enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Elif was a very good host and gave some very helpful information. After travelling in eastern turkey where there are no hostels it was very nice to stay in one. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was clean and breakfast was delicious. If you want to stay outside of high season it is best to make sure you make a booking to let elif know you’re coming just in case someone is not home.
It is the only hostel in Trabzon. It is overall fine and decent for me.
Elif is super friendly and helpful and can help arrange bus tickets, tours to Sumela/Uzungol and other places at breakfast. No AC, but even in the summer the temperature becomes cool enough at night by midnight or so. I definitely recommend Adelante!
as others have mentioned, this is not the cheapest hostel, but probably the only option you can book online, yet where the host speaks English in Trabzon… It’s not set-up up for social/atmosphere, but more like a family style guesthouse. It’s simple and clean, a bit far from the center but walkable if you strictly follow the direction. Elif was very helpful. Her hand-drawing direction is very clear and she accompanied me to the nearby bus station to make sure I got a ticket last min
